Pricing is estimated on a per-project basis, and depends on the scope of the project and the extent to which we’re involved. Because each project is unique, we don’t provide a menu-style price list. Based on industry surveys, however, our pricing is competitive (on national average) with that of professional independent contractors and small multi-person firms.

let’s talk about budgets

One of the questions we’ll cover when we discuss your project is, “What is your budget?” Clients are sometimes reluctant to answer this question, but it’s important to be able to discuss it early and openly. Why? Knowing what you are able to spend determines the tools that will be available to us, and allows us to make the best possible recommendations within those parameters.

estimates, deposits and payment

A written estimate will be prepared after an initial conversation detailing the project requirements, and is based on the amount of time the project is expected to consume. Project estimates may be considered “not-to-exceed” estimates, provided the scope of the project does not vary significantly from what was initially discussed. If an adjustment is necessary, it will be discussed and agreed to before additional work is performed.

Invoices are issued on delivery for projects that are completed within the calendar month. Projects that extend beyond the calendar month will be billed at the end of each month based on the amount of time consumed. Payment terms are net-30 days. New clients will be required to provide a 50% deposit for services.
